The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, knowledge of federal government procedures and the regulatory rulemaking process, excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and strong project management skills. Candidates should also have a Juris Doctorate or have significant experience working in the life sciences marketing and sales compliance industry. Responsibilities will include:■Perform quality control review of, and written updates to, various compliance products, services and/or deliverables;■Perform factual and legal research;■Review and prepare summaries of laws, regulations and pending legislation;■Ensure consistent and organized quality procedures are implemented and effective;■Collaborate to plan for new products, services and enhancements; and■Train and supervise regulatory personnel and provide oversight regarding workload distribution.
Porzio Life Sciences seeks a full-time FINANCIAL SERVICES SPECIALIST for its Morristown Office. The ideal candidate will be bright, eager, hard-working and detail-oriented. In addition to solid organizational, analytical and communication skills, this person must have a bachelor’s degree and excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Candidates with some experience a plus. Responsibilities will include:■Opening new files, establishing billing procedures and scheduling invoices accordingly;■Facilitating and managing the invoice/billing process and organizing key documentation;■Collaborating with team personnel to establish billing schedule, fees and answers to client inquiries;■Preparing monthly financial reports, and various other reports, and performing reconciliations; and■Developing annual expense and revenue budgets, following up on accounts receivable and processing check requisitions
